Lent and Easter

Easter is well known inside and outside of the Church. Prior to Easter the Church enters a time of preparation for 40 days called Lent. The season of Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, which fell on March 5 in 2025.

Holy Week begins with Palm Sunday, which fell on April 13 in 2025. We held services on Maundy Thursday, April 17, and Good Friday, April 18. We celebrated Easter on April 20.
